It is understood that you have read and understood our terms and conditions upon booking.

Our retreat days are carefully curated to offer a supportive, structured and safe environment.  We accept no liability for disruptions created by the venue hosts, Hill Holt Wood.

It remains your sole responsibility to consult with an appropriate healthcare provider in the case of an underlying medical condition, physical or mental, before you book your retreat experience.  In no event will Holonic Drum Retreats or the facilitators Tracey Coulson or Rachel Lane, be held liable for any damages sustained by the failure to heed the above, or any other precautionary or medical advice.

We reserve the right to make changes to the advertised facilitators and programs as necessary.

All facilitators are formally approved to work with guests, are covered by the insurance, and adhere to our Safeguarding and Health & Safety policies. Our role is to guide guests safely and ethically within the framework of our retreat design. For those attending as guests, we want to honour your time here as a space to learn and experience the drum healing, just as we do for all participants.  Even with the best of intentions, stepping into a supporting role can compromise your own experience of the retreat. We encourage you to fully embrace this opportunity for self-care, trusting that the space will hold you in the same way you may have held others.Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the arrival date will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made between 14 and 30 days before arrival will incur a charge equivalent to 50% of the total booking cost.

• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the arrival date are non-refundable.

• We reserve the right to cancel a retreat without explanation. Cancellations are likely to be rare and may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, infectious disease outbreaks, or structural damage. All fees paid will be refunded unless you choose to accept any substitute we may offer. However, we cannot accept liability for any consequential losses you might incur.

• You are responsible for transfer fees and bank administration fees. Please check the amount of these fees with your bank at the point of transfer and add any transfer fees that might be incurred with your payment.

• You are advised to insure yourself against any losses due to you having to cancel your retreat.

• We reserve the right to reject a booking with us without explanation.

• We reserve the right to require a guest to leave during a retreat if they have brought alcohol or drugs to the premises.

• We reserve the right to ask any guest to leave a retreat at anytime, should we feel there is reasonable grounds to do so.
